Plan Thailand in partnership with Bangkok Charity Concert (BCO) organized a concert to support the Thailand Childline Foundation. The Bangkok Charity Orchestra performed under the baton of Chulayuth Lochotinan at K Village Community Mall in the Sukhumvit Area of Bangkok on November 16 at 3pm. The afternoon performance featured a programme of fun and entertaining dance music from Bach to Shostakovich. The Childline Foundation or HUB Saidek runs a nationwide 24 hour a day telephone line to provide help and advice to children and young people under 18, especially those that are homeless or street children living near Hua Lumpong train station which is where the largest number of homeless children congregate, risking harm and exploitation. The children are able to access basic services from the foundation such as alternative education opportunities, intensive youth casework and a "Skills for Living" programme. children are able to access basic services from the foundation such as alternative education opportunities, intensive youth casework and a 'Skill for Living' programme'.
